This is a question Old stuff I still know

Our Ginger Fuhrer says that he could still code up a simple game idea in Amstrad Basic, while I'm your man if you ever need to rebuild the suspension on an Austin Allegro (1750 Equipe version). This stuff doesn't leave your mind - tell us about obsolete talents you still have.

My 52 year old Irish mother regualrily enquires "How's your belly for spots?"
Another favourite of hers was singing "Earwig Oh, Earwig Oh, Earwig Oh!" to the tune of the "here we go" chant. This substitution was so ubiquitous within our family that she often just said earwig when she meant here, This was demonstrated to great amusement one day when she collected my two siblings, myself and my friend Matthew from school. We stopped at the shop to pick up a few things on the way home and we all crowded around the magazines while she was queueing and paying. When she was finished, she walked to towards the door ar called out in our general direction (in a fairly busy shop), "Earwig!". Three of us (my brother and sister and I) responded by dropping what we were reading and promptly following her. Matthew on the other hand looked a bit confused, followed us and asked, "Did your mother just roar 'earwig' at us? Why?"
