This is a question Old stuff I still know

Our Ginger Fuhrer says that he could still code up a simple game idea in Amstrad Basic, while I'm your man if you ever need to rebuild the suspension on an Austin Allegro (1750 Equipe version). This stuff doesn't leave your mind - tell us about obsolete talents you still have.

"The Young Ones" Book cira 1984...
I bought this second hand at my Cub Scouts' (do boys still go to Cubs these days?!?!) Jumble Sale (do they still have Jumble Sales too? ACE for getting spare broken 'Action Men' to chuck out of the bedroom window with home-made parachutes) for 10p or something when i was 8 years old. There was a section in it called "Lets Swear" and it went..

Bum
Bits
Boob
Hole
Jobbie
Fart
Knob
Wick
Cheeks
Pants
Thatcher

There - I can still recite it to this day, and just read it aloud at my desk! It was the funniest thing I'd ever seen. Brilliant.

Also - could I FUCK get any Speccy cheats on those tapes on 'Your Sinclair' to work...

Oh, I can also recite most of the script of 'Smokey and the Bandit 2'

"Whats that Daddy?"
"A little fly shit" *wipes something off knackered police cars' dash board*

Hahaha! Yes I remember that.
"Wick" is particularly ace.

Wasn't it followed with "How to be a complete bastard"?

I still have this book and read it with pride!
The 'Penis de Milo' Spot the difference always made me laugh

I bought that at a jumble sale too!
I liked the "how to cheat in exams" section, where Neil says to write all the answers on a giant lentil, and then if you're stuck in the exam all you need to do is boil the lentil overnight, get the answers, and then eat it.

MIne came from a jumble sale!
I wonder why so many people felt the need to give up such a piece of comedy legend.

or write it on your 'stiffy' - then when the teacher appears, you loose your it and hey presto - the answers vanish!

But I can't remember it, it had 'Thatcher' in it again, maybe 'poohole' too
