Phonetic alphabetI never could grasp this at Scouts, or at school. I learnt this when I got my "Conways Fighting Ships 1947-1995"; they're Soviet submarine classes.

Ive reada few Clancy's. The classes there do mess it up somewhat. Also "Whiskey Twin Cylinder" isnt in the Phonetic alphabet.
