SeriouslyShooting tigers of what appears to be clear liquid, followed by lime green stuff, is a sign of healthy body.
It means that your liver is expelling the poison.
Don't push it too hard, though. You're in good nick at the moment - accept that and ride at the level you're on.

I did feel poisoned. It was horrific.Had to get up every 15 minutes to dry retch. £3 bottles of wine are definitely not my friend. Never again.
