instead i have to draft a shitty 8 page break report and a draft break notice before bedtime. then get up at 6am to do my hair for tomorrow's seminar and christmas drinks with clients. urrrrrrrgh.

this is a plus. but i am so busy tomorrow that i risk missing the break deadline if i don't draft this tonight. with rent at 850k a year for the next 7 years if the notice doesn't go out, you can see why the client might sue the arse off me if i miss it!

but i don't have time to do it tomorrow, and the break notice has to be served by wednesday - this means client has to have time to review my advice on the pre-conditions attached to the break option, decide to go for it, and instruct me based on my advice!
