It's actually a very good anti emetic
and I recommend it to anyone who is feeling ill with gastric problems. It's common knowledge that I have a massive phobia of puke, doesn't make me an expert, just trying to help symptoms.

while I salute the US attitude to randomly recommending drugs that "work for them" as if that somehow means more than the combined knowledge of the medical practice, I'd recommend the general course of, y'know, taking advice from a doctor rather than the internet.

and, yeah, metachlopramide has some fucking brutal ADRs. That'll be why the FDA have a blanket warning on its usage.
