I find taking pleasure in the little things helps massively to cheering me up. Just stupid things
like how recently loads of ladybirds have been turning up in my room in this weather! and how I've rearranged my films into fear order. So the first one is wall.e and the last one is rec.

I do take pleasure in many things
At the moment I feel emotionally trapped, if I leave I'll be spending Christmas alone, if I stay I'm being treated like a servant, there's not even any benefits to this friendship any more...
