My family is in the north east.
My rural backwater has closed down, no buses at all, and the nearest train station is 30 miles away.

I have a mountain of presents that ive spent the last 2 weeks making.
Looking at the news I'm not the only one who has been thwarted by the inclement weather.
Sadly I didnt buy any festive food assuming I wouldnt be here and now I cant get to the nearest supermarket to stock up.
I may now end up being one of those saddos posting online on xmas day
