What are you doing for your starter?
Last year I just did a simple asparagus starter. This was good as it was piss-easy to make.

I have no idea at all
I'd like to do something different. Last year I did smoked salmon, soda bread and made portwine jelly in little fish moulds to go with it

I've deleted until I can find a better link
But trust me. It's going badly. I've already drunk about half the booze I bought in.

And a bit drunk.
And really fucking stupid, apparently.

Being drunk on the Internet is great.
More people should do it.

I'm not that drunk
Just drunk enough to let that pass me by for a minute. I don't care about /OTers knowing my name, I have quite a few on Facebook. However, there's a couple of trolls who don't like me and I'm wary of them

Turkey is alright
but only about one year in every three or four. It's just boring for every year, and really easy to overcook so that it's dry and minging.

Turkey and trimmings here
Turns out a shop in town sells gin and tonic sorbet, so that's the between courses sorted

that sounds like some excellet sorbet, right there. I once had some similar, then tried to drunkenly recreate it by mixing cheap ice cream with some lemon curd and a load of gin. It did not go well, but we ate it anyway.
