But I am in a considerable amount of pain after a nasty kite skiing accident about an hour ago, and I can't walk very well. Does that count?

My lower back
After falling from a height at considerable speed. No numbness, no tingling, none of the symptoms of anything serious - it just hurts like hell. Probably a sprain or pulled muscle.
