Very cold, and very icy
But very good. Brussels is actually a lot more interesting than I thought from my previous visit. (No, really...) And, well, you heard about our adventure getting there. Journey back was mercifully much smoother.

Glad to hear it.
I'm just glad Poppet wasn't on her own while there. What you up to for New Year?

Plans are sketchy at the moment
But it looks like I've been talked into hosting a few friends and a large amount of wine. On which note, you up to anything?

I'm off to the North east to stay with DG and tourettes.
Hopefully we'll be off to Edinburgh for New Year's day.

I went there with mates for a long weekend once
Museum of Modern Art, Comics Museum, go up in the tethered balloon, a couple of pretty churches, the big atom thing - that's about it I think. Plus a ludicrous quantity of fine Belgian beer.

Don't tell me you missed the musical instrument museum?
That had to be one of the highlights for me.

The Magritte musem was pretty good as well. In fact, I came to the conclusion that they generally keep their museums in much better nick than they do in That London. (With some exceptions: don't bother with the brewing museum)

Doesn't ring a bell (haha see what I did there)
Did the Magritte Museum as I recall, I think it's part of the whole complex with the Modern Art bit.
