but it's all the same, disaster, find the cure, oh wait now something else is horribly wrong, here's the fix, wait he's not breathing, oh and look at his brainlight bulb goes off from something completely unrelated allowing house to figure out the problem, and boom episode is over

There is that, but if you watch them in order, there is so much more to it than that, the story lines than span the whole season are ace.And some of the lines he comes up with are amazing.
