- Guiny Fowl with a chorizo/garlic/rosmary butter stuffed into slits I made on the breasts and legs, and then covered in sundried tomarto paste.
- Butternut Squash and Potato rough-cut-with-skin chips/wedges covered in olive oil, rosmary and oregino.
I think it should work well, I'll see in about an hour and a half.
