I hate being irrationally furious
because I dread the moment where some dickhead bloke will laugh derisively and ask me if I'm on my period and I will snap and claw his eyes out. Hasn't happened yet though thankfully. Christmas was as ever an exercise in keeping a lid on the raging, boiling bile that my mother (sometimes) inspires in me, so I know how you feel.
