I'm not sure even he could get results out of what he's got to work with right nowand he's hardly likely to be able to emulate his former success. If I were him I'd stay well away

The team needs confidence, I think that's one of the main thingsThe other main things are to drop Poulsen and Konchesky, and bring in a new left back.
