Get better soon Gonz.
I'm not actually WOE IS ME, for once. I'm fairly content. Apart from LOOMING ESSAY FEAR, but maybe the fear will actually help and drive me on to greatness.

Or I'll spend another day in the library doing the online equivalent of playing hide and seek in the supermarket.

How was that restaurant you went to?

OH MY GOD OH MY GOD SO GOOD.
Really nice atmosphere, lovely staff, really high quality, quick service and lovely food. Would recommend.

Was it that greek one?
cause that sounds fucking winner.

Noooo, Fire and Stone
posh and "different" pizzas - the menu's divided into continents. I had one with garlic and fennel salami, pepperoni, sundried tomatoes and olives on. Incredible.

I like Greek food, so must find out from 'Swipe where that one is.

Ah right, I've heard of them
good, are they? Well that's good to know, they frequently have offers on studentbeans and I can still pass for a student with my work ID...
Sounds delicious, by the way. I think it's called As Greek As It Gets which is in Earls court, although I'm sure she said there was one closer to her as well...

The website's got tons of offers- sis and I had 2 for 10£, and there's BOGOF and lunchtime deals too.
Ah, one of those? Sister had an internship at something connected to UCL, so she had fun trying to pretend she was a student... I love my student card. Never want to let it go. Mine, all mine.

...I think the salt's made me go delirious.

That is even better to know!
And yeah, I still have my NHS 'placement student' card from 2007 when I was doing work experience, purely for getting a discount at Nandos! I will be gutted when people stop believing I'm a student and giving me discounts...
(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 22:08, Reply)
Nando's have student discount?!?!
Oh my oh my, why didn't I know this?!
(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 22:20, Reply)
Aha, no
sorry. They have NHS discount, and I have an NHS ID card which rather cunningly has no expiry date.
(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 22:25, Reply)
NHS discount? For a fast food place?
Oh the ironing etc. etc. That must be pretty handy though!
(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 22:28, Reply)
Nandos isn't fast food!
I like to pretend it's healthy, shh!
(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 22:32, Reply)
It's McDonalds without seats that are bolted to the floor.*
*I don't know, I've never been there.
(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 22:36, Reply)
Posh KFC

(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 22:51, Reply)
Do they sell a bargain bucket, but without the 'bargain' part?

(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 23:07, Reply)
No.
Well, you can buy a whole chicken I guess.
(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 23:10, Reply)
I'm just guessing it isn't as cheap as a KFC berk!

(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 23:20, Reply)
No
but it tastes a lot nicer.
(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 23:23, Reply)
Do you have to be really drunk before you consider going to Nandos?

(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 23:23, Reply)
Ooh! I wonder if my old West Midlands Ambulance Service card would work?
I'll have to stick that back in my wallet, I reckon.
(, Sun 9 Jan 2011, 23:19, Reply)
Worth a shot...
