I gave that to my mother
it's her new favourite programme- she watched the whole of Life on Mars over Christmas

It's one of the few series I can watch over and over and not get tired of it.
Plus Gene Hunt is one of the best characters of the last 20 years.

is Ashes to Ashes worth the watch?

Yeah, it's good.
The first series is a bit hit or miss in places, probably because it was following on from Mars and Keeley Hawes' character doesn't quite work. The second series is much, much better, and the third quite dark but ties all the loose ends up really well.

I think I'll wait a bit for that

Is that the 3rd series?
You should be able to get it for around £13 in Asda, or from Play.com - I ordered my copy last week.
