Well given it has taken me three years
and surgery to lose 3 dress sizes I think you are doing very - possibly worringly! - well. You are far too harsh on yourself (and if you have any nice sz 12 clothes that need a home I'm always happy to help, hehe)

i hate the reason i gained any weight in the first place because it's so depressing
and i hate the fact that i let a man depress me so much that i stopped exercising in the first place! now i am enjoying it again, so am probably overdoing it, but it'll settle down, don't worry.

will bear this in mind for when i get down to a size 2....... how is your wardrobe looking for 2027??

Amberl seems to be moving her Oxford bash to 18th feb though, and TGB has a bash 19th march, then I think both Amberl and Lampito will be at home for easter and not back til end of April...
