I cleared about £900 of assorted property-related debt today.
I know the money wasn't mine, and it needed paying, but for that hour while it was in my bank account, I was quite happy.

On the plus side, everything to do with the money pit I used to own is done and dusted, and I am starting the new year debt free.

Yay me.
