because the girl only has roommates because she can't afford mortgage on her own
but has applied for a new job and will likely get an offer, so she will be able to afford on her own
she's already told a mutual friend if she gets a new job she will ask other tenant and I to leave

yes, I've been looking around for a while
but I get paid under the table and would be unable to get a place on my own so I'll have to live with someone, with my dog this cuts my possibilities to about 5% of whats available
I really want to live on my own, but I'd have to find a new job, etc etc
