yeah ... or, possibly, WELL SHAFTED.would you say that was a basic principle? I'd always thought services like that could be really grey areas, legally?

sale of goods and services actit depends on so many things and it's really outside my area of expertise as a property litigator, so i wouldn't actually want to risk advising anyone on a specific case in a serious capacity!
