If I were still a bachelor it wouldn't be so much of an issue.But our place just isn't big enough for it all, even though it's not a bad size for a two bedroomed flat.
The realist in me is saying that I haven't got anything to play them on, nor am I likely to, so why have them cluttering up the place?

D'ya reckon???Also, no matter how much we like the place, realistically I doubt we could stay here forever. Not with the missus arthritis and a low level loft bedroom.
