It was mostly the persistent nagging worry about the medical effectsand a little about the calories, too, that made me decide to cut down.

Neither of those are issues to meMaybe they should be. I've always thought that I was indestructible but as I get older I suppose my luck is running thinner.

It's also £10-15 a week less on boozewhich is £520-780 a year. That's a holiday!

There is that, I supposeI'm careful about when I drink, because my license is my job, but if I'm not driving the next morning I tend to get a bit carried away.
