the ketosis part is fine, but that's more of a side-effect (with the associated weight loss)
the main part of the Lighterlife system is the counselling. Even after I hit target, I still go to meetings every week. It really helps to brainstorm with the other girls, and see where we're all at.

Yeah, Cambridge was a lot cheaper because there;'s no counselling
I stuck at it for about 6 weeks and lost slightly over half a stone. My willpower is somewhat less than my patience...

The last time I lost any weight non-deliberately
I lost about a stone in Dec and Jan last year when I couldn't eat because my face was smashed up. I am 100% serious that if I produced a diet called the "take a hockey stick in the face and lose 2 stone" diet there are people out there fuckwitted enough to think the pain is worth it.

curiously, for the last 6 months or year I have been getting thinner without losing weight and without particularly developing muscle.
