Recovering from a nasty cough/cold/lurgy thingAnd my home pc died, but other than that I'm grand thanks! The diet seems to be working, I've lost weight, and as soon as I shake this cold I'll get back to exercising.

Those two are more immediately fixableI did stupidly say to PJM that I'd be up for the London to Brighton sponsored cycle thing. He then said it's offroad, and about 80 miles...
