half an hour after arriving in Las VegasI put $5 in a fruit machine and won $625. Which was nice.
I also got "batting at number 7" in the Selly Park Cricket Club Raffle. Turns out they were short of players - I passed.

After the first day one of the guys I was with declared, "I've seen more feebs, gimps, crips, and generally dysfunctional people in the last 24 hours than in the preceding year." He was not wrong.
