I'm not sure how you've written that formulaeie, whether physical age is on the top (in which case mental age is 85) or on the bottom (in which case mental age is 0.05)
but definitely not 19.

clarification:bugger, got it backwards its 100 divided by physical age times mental age. silly me.
anyway, for simple sums and IQ of 100 should mean that your mental and physical ages are the same, and this is supposed to be average. so an IQ around 50 means his mental age is half his physical age.
