Hmm, it's been a few yearsI think it was scoring the skin on the outside, rubbing salt over it, then pouring some olive oil into the middle of it, before wrapping in newspaper, and putting it on the BBQ.

we used to go to Beer (best place ever)hire a little boat and cruise around for a couple of hours, smoking spliffs and reeling in the mackerel. Great fun.

We were down at Kenmare for thisThere was a lot of beer, but no spliffs. Probably for the best tbh!
