veggie lasagne is much nicer i think
you can have more interesting combinations. the restaurant under my office does a goats cheese (sometimes with feta) and spicy roasted pepper/mushroom lasagne, it truly is awesome.

i've been to the nutmeg processing plant in grenada
which produces over 50% of the world's nutmeg. all the machines are made out of wood and look like something from the 1800's, it's mad.
