I had a brace as well.
I had a removeable one, although some kids had stories of a weird contraption they had to wear to bed.

I think I had my brace when I was 13, I know my wisom teeth came out when I was 15. That was fraught with problems.

I had one of those one's that's glued in
and had elastic bands at the back. At least it was taken out before I started uni (although I had a removable one then)

I still have a sticky out tooth, though :(
