how is that going?I discovered that in spite of eating a load of food and drinking a load of booze I was down to about 13 stone 1 pound which is nice.

brilliant to be fair and I think it's mainly to do with the boxing.I feel much fitter and nearly all my clothes are noticeably to big for me so fingers crossed I'll be He-Man by summer.
