Now that I'm no longer 'working' at a universityand don't even get a proper lunch hour, I have to make a conscious effort to go swimming, or take any exercise at all (save for shovelling fucking snow).
Consequently I'm putting on weight.

it certainly helps having a pool literally just outside the back doorI'm thinning down nicely, and strangely losing weight at a slower rate.
good for the health though and that is the main thing
