I recently read a Christopher Brookmyre bookwhere a guy is coming through a door with an axe, and does the "here's Johnny" bit, and a guy on the other side is waiting with a lighter and a can of oven cleaner and as he sprays him in the face says "Johnny, meet Mr Muscle"
