My favourite shop sign spelling failwas the 'adult emporium' on Tottenham Court Road that apparently offered 'marital aides'. Although to be fair, I never did check whether you could hire a guy to suck his teeth, offer tips on technique and shout encouragement so for all I know it could have been perfectly accurate.
