I highly doubt she'd be able to afford it on the doleEven if she did, the reason dole's not paid in vouchers is so people can use it on whatever stupid shit they want (like that cunt with the skull face tattoo last week).
More likely she was claiming incapacity or something like that. Which would mean that other claimants can't work.
