even if she is entitled to all those benefitssurely it amounts to too much.
I'm in a fairly well paid job and I can't afford to do all that shit. I can barely afford to get married and keep my car on the road.
I'll caveat this by saying that if I assume that she is totally entitled to all of it and hasn't committed fraud or anything and is a nice person, I feel quite uncomfortable suggesting it is too much. Which is unlike me.

Yeah, but she didn't pay for it all out of her benefitsHubby did - hence the problem - she was claiming she was a single mother.
