I used to work in a food testing labyou really don't want to know what goes in to cheap sausages. I have to buy really expensive ones now - what a shame!

I saw a pretty nasty documentary a few years back about crap sausagesand I only buy from the butcher or ones marked as over 75% meat now.

There's a place in Oxfordthat does only sausage and mash. Tasty but very expensive
