If Echo has a moody-belly then I'd suggest a diet of dry food for a few days.
And then maybe scrambled eggs or boiled rice in with it to build her strength back up a bit until she seems better.

She only eats dry food.
I've no idea why she's suddenly got the shits, but I'm trying to wean her onto adult food since it's less fatty.
