I suspect we'd find more takers for marriage than for £20 cocktails at the savoy.you seem to try and make it sound like a silly idea, but the point is, the reason I'm doing it is because I'm sure that the things you have listed are better because they are tied to that one person, not at risk because of it.

i am a property disputes lawyeri deal with the fallout of broken marriages daily.
it's very difficult not to jump up and call out when the vicar asks for reasons why there should be no marriage!

the same thing happened to my dadbut he was a criminal lawyer so he basically thought everyone was a fucking cunt.
For the most part he is right, but not for everyone.
