I can understand the use of dishwashers for commercial use etc.I just think they're a bit over the top for home.

save you time

are more hygenic
keep your kitchen free of clutter

I don't think anyone doeseven I'm unsure why, it's a bit irrational. Fortunately there is an easy solution to it. But mine is currently broken.
