I actually like their records up to Sgt Pepper.
That LP is fucking dire. The White Album is even worse bar Helter Skelter but the more straightforward pop songs they started out doing were quite good, I feel.

when they tried not to be simplistic. Nothing wrong with being simplistic in music - in fact it's often an asset.

I like early Beatles better.
I like at least one song off each later album but I wish they'd condensed them into one and got rid of the guff.
