In the winter I tend to make about two batches a weekand just live off the stuff. I love soup, I've got some belting recipes.

I love it, buying up the reduced pre-prepped veg packs in Waitrose and chucking some appropriate meat from the freezer in, maybe a chilli or two and some creme fraiche.*puts stock pot and blender on wish list*
