A good friendf of mine has a beautiful 2 year old girlThe father is an aggressive, violent, lazy and selfish bastard who pays no maintenance what so ever.
He is not named on the birth certificate so has no legal obligation to do so, however the little girl wants to see her Dad so dickhead can't be cut out of their lives entirely. It's the worst of both worlds in a way.
