out of the things I cook I'd probably do chicken leek and mushroom fricassee
one pan, six ingredients, 3 minutes prep and 12 minutes to cook.

Everything else takes too long :)

It's lovely
chopped mushroom, chicken, leek, tarragon - saute in a little butter for 8 minutes, add cream and white wine, cover & simmer for 2 minutes, lid off and cook for 2 more, done.
