Why is that census thing so important?
I think it's a big waste of time and money. I'm putting myself in Worthing knowing that I'll move to Redhill in 3 weeks.

It's so the lizards can keep tabs on who was where at a given point in time.

It allows central and local Government, health authorities and many other organisations to target their resources more effectively and to plan housing, education, health and transport services for years to come.
