Bloody hell
it takes me that long to cycle 15 miles (though it is all hills)

Seriously impressed

Good work.
If you can cycle 15 hilly miles in 40 mins that's Tour de France pace. All depending on what you classify as a hill, of course ;)

It would take me longer than 40 minutes
to cycle 15 hilly miles. Also, my running route is almost entirely flat.

it would take anyone who isn't a trained road racer
longer than 40 mins to cycle 15 hilly miles. I raced mountain bikes from the ages of 18 to about 25 and even then I'd have struggled to keep up that pace for much more than an hour or so. Mr Joe must be pretty fit.

Hmmmm I'm not convinced
its 7.5 miles uphill 7.5 downhill When I am going down hill I can just about hit 40mph plus my bike is one of these and doesn't weigh a thing, mine is red and is therefore faster again. *edit* actually I haven't measured exactly the split between uphill and down hill but what I do know is that it seems just as hilly both ways so I am presuming its fairly even.

Ooo, shiny.

20-25 mph is average TDF pace in the hills.
Granted, from a personal point of view I'm basing it on riding a mountain bike and yours is a lovely shiny massively bent road job which is obviously quicker but that's still a decent pace, sir.

Its not that bent honest. here is a picture taken just seconds ago of mine in my office
what is massively bent is the lycra hahaha I deserve everything I get when I am wearing it. as you can see its massively filthy which reduces the bentness slightly

I have 3/4 lycra bib shorts
I am in NO position to actually call bent on any of you. Except Darth, obviously.

Nice bike.
