It would be difficult to carpet burn one's knee
sitting in a park alone. I don't think I've ever got carpet burn - clearly I'm far too vanilla.

No, this flat is cheap and the carpets aren't very nice; I suspect it would chafe significantly.

Perhaps I'm just boring or just not spontaneous enough
but it seems a bit silly to shag on the carpet when it's not possible to be in my flat and more than about 6m away from my bed...
