DinghyAll the way. But make sure you can row it. It's harder than it looks.
One of my favourite memories from last summer is lying in a dinghy off the Suffolk coast, rolling up and down in the waves. They were unusually big that day - about 4ft maximum height - so it was like being on a very gentle rollercoaster.
