Steak is only a slab of meat that's been cooked.There is more to it than that, when people say on here Sushi, they mean Sushi _and_ general japanese food. But for Sushi itself, it's a fantastic subtal combination of flavours and textures. It's not "raw fish", that is Sashimi, which is a part of it, but not actually it; in the same way cod in batter isn't all there is to a chippy.
