I did lots of gardening last year of the "grow your own" variety.
I lost my potatoes to disease, my tomatoes to idiocy and most of everything else to slug damage. This year I'm going to be moving house, so there's no point. Whoever moves into my current place will have a fucking massive batch of strawberries and raspberries to greet them, though.

Certain people have told me that this makes me incredibly boring. I'll be having the last laugh come the apocalypse however, as toe-curlingly expensive handbags won't be much use then.

Now that I have a flat I kind of like the idea of having a garden
but I know it'd soon descend into a big, weedy pile of closed-minded apathy.

My next place is going to have to have a balcony, I think.
I shall cover it in grow bags and tubs and stuff and have a huge jungly green grocers there.
